UITM (TAPAH) CAMPUS INDUSTRIAL EDUCATION VISIT
NOVEMBER 2018 - UiTM Tapah campus had conducted industrial education visit on 27 Nov 2018 to Central Medicare Sdn Bhd, with a total of 55 visiting students guided by 4 lecturers. The purpose of their visit was to have a better understanding about the theories and concepts relating to chemical / chemical physics in the manufacturing industry of nitrile gloves. The event started with a sharing session from our CEO, Mr Haziq, followed by a briefing on rules and regulations during the visit in order to comply as a medical device manufacturing facility. The group were split into teams and guided by CMSB professionals for the plant tour. Short sharing sessions were conducted by our R&D department on the nitrile glove manufacturing process to help the students with further explanations and provide more knowledge related to their studies. It was a fruitful trip for the UiTM students and we welcome more industrial education visit proposals in the future.
VISIT FLOOD VICTIMS
SEKOLAH KEBANGSAAN CHANGKAT JONG
OCTOBER 2018 - Low land areas in Teluk Intan had encountered serious flooding due to heavy downpour in October 2018. Teluk Intan was founded on the river bank of Perak River. Most of the low landed villages were flooded and the victims were safely evacuated to Sekolah Kebangsaan Changkat Jong. CEO, Mr Haziq, and our team had generously contributed consumables items and aid for the flood victims as encouragement and support for the people in need.
ANNUAL VISIT TO NEEDY COMMUNITY
JANUARY 2018 - Central Medicare started annual visits to the needy community in Teluk Intan since 2017. Donations in terms of monetary and consumable items were provided to the community. Visits to Hope Vision Home Orphanage are conducted annually to foster relationships between our team and the society. During the visit, interactions and sharing sessions were carried out by both parties to understand the community's needs and to discuss the best way to provide necessary support to them. Encouragement and moral support from Central Medicare to the youngsters have helped them in their personal development and Central Medicare's support will continue for years to come.
